- Prepare and review financial reporting — producing internal corporate and property-level financial statements, financial analysis, and cash flow forecasts to support business decisions.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory reporting — managing tax filings, lender reporting, covenant compliance, and relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
- Supervise accounting operations — overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed asset accounting, and the continued development of accounting policies and internal controls.
- Support rental operations and property management — assisting with additional rent and CAM reconciliations, tenant-related financials matters, and coordination with off-site personnel.
- Drive process improvement and financial oversight — optimizing accounting and financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and contributing to operational efficiencies across the business.
