Overview
Santec Canada is looking to add a Calibration Tech to the team. The purpose of this position is to ensure that troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations are performed according to quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform calibration services for Santec meters and meters from other manufacturers. This includes visual and incoming inspections, repairs and documentation of work performed.
- Inspect new and incoming units to ensure quality prior to shipping.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- College Diploma in photonics, optics, or a related field with coursework in instrumentation
- Technical knowledge of fiberoptics, operating systems, electronic hardware and diagnostics will be considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
