Essential Tasks:
Essential Functions
- Maintains a safe working environment by following the Firm's health and safety guidelines.
- Reviews and analyzes drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost and labour estimates for projects.
- Gathers all information for the project team for the development of proposal bid package.
- Assembles accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner.
- Performs material quantity and labour takeoffs from isometric drawings.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conducts on-site quality control inspections.
- Drywall Estimation for commercial and residential properties
- Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustment to cost estimates.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- G-License
- 4-8yrs in Sr. Estimating role for Drywall and Drywall related firms in Construction
- Good communication skills and written skills
- Independent and can relate to Foreman and Site Supervisors
- Supervisory knowledge a must from their past
Salary - 90-105K plus benefits and 3wk's vacation
