Location: Lawrence Park, Toronto, ON
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Process billing, insurance claims, and payments
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative files
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic (required)
- Strong communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a confident and welcoming personality
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software is an asset
