Job Title: Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist (Part-Time)

We bring together Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, and Psychotherapists to collaborate on client-centred wellness plans.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with a passion for women’s health to join our Etobicoke location.
Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who wants to grow or establish their pelvic health practice in a collaborative, wellness-focused setting. This role is commission-based with flexible scheduling and strong potential for internal referrals from our existing patient base. There will be orthopedic clientele as well.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pelvic health concerns (e.g., incontinence, prolapse, pain, pre/postnatal rehabilitation)
- Educate and empower patients on pelvic floor health and recovery strategies
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes holistically
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patient care
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Completion of recognized pelvic floor physiotherapy training
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Previous experience in pelvic health is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in or experience with pre- and postnatal care is an asset
- Passion for working in women’s health and integrative care settings
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation model
- All administrative services provided
Pay: $50.00-$94.00 per hour
