Registered Early Childhood Educator

We are currently seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Registered Early Childhood Educators. Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing.
Hold a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education from an accredited institution
Experience for 2 years and above as an RECE will be preferred
Possess a valid First Aid and CPR certification
Strong knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, and other relevant legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Demonstrated commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
Previous experience working in a licensed child care setting is an asset
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in accordance with the company's policies and the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
Observe, document, and assess children's progress and development, and communicate this information to parents and caregivers
Plan and facilitate activities that encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Provide individualized support and guidance to children with diverse needs and abilities
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach to child care and education
Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, including proper hygiene practices
Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines
Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and staff training sessions
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere
