Applicants should be proficient in all arears of residential construction and have
· high attention to detail,
· strong interpersonal skills,
· strong organizational skills,
· ability to meet deadlines and
· work with minimal supervision.
The successful applicant would be the primary coordinator of all the construction duties and activities.
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience in residential construction
· Familiar with Part 9 of the Residential Building Code
· Strong organizational skills
· Safety training & understanding of safety legislation
· Excellent understanding blueprints, purchase orders
Duties include (but not limited to) the following:
- Managing jobsites (single family and townhomes)
- Coordinating trade and suppliers work
- Managing trades and suppliers (delivering PO’s)
- Carpentry work and cleaning
- Client walkthroughs (prior to possession and after possession)
- Post possession walkthroughs and service calls
