Hwaro Korean BBQ is a new upscale Korean BBQ restaurant scheduled to open in August, 2026.
We are building a team of passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences. Our goal is to introduce a modern and premium Korean dining experience while delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.
As an opening team member, you will have the opportunity to grow with the restaurant from day one and contribute to establishing the service standards and culture of our brand.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Busser to join our opening team.
The Busser plays an important role in supporting the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position works closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations and provide guests with a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating with guests in English and able to provide basic menu explanations when needed
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
