Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Salesperson to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their neighborhoods to promote and sell our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will help expand our reach within diverse communities. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to prospective clients within assigned territories
- Present product features and benefits effectively to potential customers
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for local outreach campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or business development roles; B2B sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, telemarketing, and inside sales techniques
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue leads
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for territory coverage
- A proactive attitude with a passion for technology sales and customer service
Pay: From $300.00 per day
