What You'll Do
- Meet daily production targets for window assembly
- Carefully handle parts, materials, tools, and equipment to prevent breakage or damage
- Combine frames and assemble jamb extensions, mullions, and brickmould
- Install casement and awning operators, hinges, cam locks, slider locks and rollers, and drain hole covers
- Cut and trim stops, install single-hung hardware, and insert sealed units into frames and sash
- Maintain quality standards with a 0% failure rate at the next station
- Reject and report any damaged frames to the supervisor
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness
- Ensure all operations are completed accurately and on schedule
- Participate in documented quality control processes
Qualifications
- Must live in the greater Edmonton area or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
