Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals that can develop an in-depth understanding of the various product lines, sub-prime financing and everything in between. Suitable candidates must be comfortable creating relationships with customers from phone consultations, in-person meetings and closing. We are looking for eager, enthusiastic and trainable individuals who want to make a great living while changing the lives of our customers through the purchase of a vehicle.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Handle customers through every aspect of the selling/financing process
- Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance and explain aftermarket products and warranties
- Educate customers on current lender requirements
- Identify customer needs in a vehicle based on their approval rate
- Conduct sales and leasing in accordance with dealership procedures
- Prospect to increase sales volume
- Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments
- Consult financial institutions for funding options
- Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating, completing contracts, and explaining services
- Deliver vehicles safely and on time
- Provide full explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures
- Track and report business office performance metrics
- Exceed customer expectations for service and follow-up
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in Automotive Sales
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of automotive sales
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Above average computer skills and technical savvy
