We’re looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Design & Fulfillment Team here at Balsam Promotions.

What You’ll Bring:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Design Skills: Solid foundation in Typography, Illustration, Photo Manipulation, and Editorial/Layout Design. Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Adobe Creative Suite programs is a plus. A basic understanding of template-based website building is also beneficial.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of design.
- Creativity & Collaboration: A creative thinker who thrives in team settings and takes initiative.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and interpersonal skills to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
- Adaptability: Ability to take direction and provide innovative solutions when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and clear art proofs, ensuring they meet project specifications. Develop and manage customer webstores, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with senior team members to refine your skills and elevate your design work.
- Client Communication: Assist in communicating with our sales team and clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- File Adjustments: Adjust and modify art files for production across various methods and platforms.
- Deadline Management: Meet design deadlines and event dates while maintaining high-quality work.
