Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise structured daycare groups
- Manage group dynamics using calm, confident energy
- Recognize and address behavioural patterns for early intervention and training
- Support and reinforce structured training protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
- Uphold company standards without compromise
