Overview
The purpose of this position is to interact with our residents and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the residence. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving residents in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our residents’ needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
Responsibilities
- Taking meal orders from residents and serving them in a timely fashion.
- Preparing tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Performing basic kitchen tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. (i.e: Cut fruit, wash some dishes, prepare desserts)
- Maintaining a proper dining experience.
- Understands and can communicate products and services available at the residence.
Qualities & Skills
- Must be a team player and possess strong communication skills.
- Must be patient.
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is preferred.
Searching for Full Time and Part time; 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
