TMVC is currently looking for a proactive and highly efficient Part-time MOA to join our team in our Kamloops Clinic. This role will suit a motivated individual who likes to provide a pleasant experience for clients and who is looking for part time/casual work. Must be available for weekly/ bi weekly shift Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, occasional Saturdays, and vacation/sick coverage. Would suit a retired/semi retired individual.
Travel Medicine & Vaccination Centre (TVMC) is a privately owned and operated company with multiple locations in BC. We have been providing our customers with travel health consultations, vaccinations, and other related medical services for over 25 years. Key Responsibilities:
Reception office duties
- Greeting and registering clients
- General office duties, including faxing and scanning and ordering office supplies
- Handling clinic flow and keeping the space clean and presentable
- Creating invoices and processing payments
- Explaining/selling services and products to clients
- Booking follow-up appointments
- End of day closing

Skills & Qualifications:
- Completed High school
- MOA diploma or combination of the equivalent education and experience.
- 2- 3 years experience in an administrative role
- 3+ years customer service experience
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (4 - 8 hours per week)
Salary: $22-$23.50 per hour
Pay: $22.00-$23.50 per hour
