Role Title: Production Worker

Job Summary:
The Production Worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet quality and safety standards, and flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as required. Production Workers play a key role in ensuring our client delivers high-quality products to its customers on time.
Typical duties include operating basic production equipment, performing visual quality checks, following standardized work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
2. Manual Dexterity
3. Capable of lifting 25 – 50 lbs as required
4. Ability to follow work instructions, and safety procedures
5. Must be willing to submit to Criminal Background Check
6. Attention to detail

1. Previous manufacturing experience

Work Schedule
1. Must be available to work at min 2 of the following Mon – Fri with potential for mandated Overtime on Sat/Sun
1. Days – 7am – 3pm
2. Afternoon – 3pm – 11pm
3. Nights – 11pm – 7am
4. 12 Hour Rotation – 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am
Pay: $18.05 per hour
