The Fairfield Gonzales Community Association (FGCA) is recruiting for an independent, curious and collaborative
individual to join our fantastic Early Years Team. Working in the Camas Early Years Centre (EYC), the successful individual
will be responsible for one-to-one support of a child within that program.

Compensation and schedule:
➢ ECE wage range: $31.65-$32.15/hour ~Including BC WE & dependent on education & experience
o NON-ECE Wage Range: $23.25-$23.50/hour
➢ PLUS 6% Vacation pay and 4% in lieu of benefits
➢ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week, 4 hour shifts from 8:30am 12:30pm (schedule subject to change
based on the needs of the child)
➢ Paid sick time at a rate of 5.5% (equivalent to 1.5 days per month)
Program Details:
➢ Location: 1330 Fairfield Road
➢ Outdoor program: 4-6 hours of the day is spent outdoors on our beautiful grounds.
➢ Camas EYC closes 3 times a year for 1 week, 5 days for professional development days & has 7 early dismissal
days per year for staff meetings
➢ Children attending our Infant-toddler program feed into the Camas EYC and everyone works in unison to provide
quality, continuity of care.
Requirements: Responsibilities:
