Scaffolder – Vancouver Area
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Scaffolder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time every day, and can confidently lead a crew on residential and commercial job sites. Applicants should be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Work involves outdoor conditions and working at heights, so comfort in these environments is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead crews in the safe installation and dismantling of scaffolding
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
- Read plans and coordinate daily job site activities
- Train and support crew members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a scaffold worker (required)
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving 3-ton and 5-ton trucks (Vancouver area) (required)
- Must live locally (no LOA)
- Reliable, physically fit, and safety-focused
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Drug- and alcohol-free at all times on site
