About Us:
Our re-opened Montessori School is a nurturing and child-centered learning environment where curiosity, independence, and respect are fostered every day. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and supply staffs to join our team and support children’s growth through the Montessori philosophy.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities based on Montessori principles and the interests of the children.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and share with families.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Maintain compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and all licensing standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be a member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) OR MACET /AMI
- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy (Montessori certification is an asset, but not required).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Previous experience working in childcare or Montessori setting is an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
