Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance across various projects. responsible for diagnose and repair of all used and new farming and commercial equipment.
Equipment lines would consist of: Briggs, Kohler engines, Kawasaki Engines, Stihl products. Other small engines.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test equipment, diagnosing faults and malfunctions, repair and replace mechanical units, test and adjust units to specifications
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Participates in required Service EDUCATE Training programs.
- Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair, or other service concerns directly to documents on work order.
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.
Skills
- Currently pursuing a License or hold a Journeyman license in Small Engines, Ag Tech, Heavy Equipment (2+ years of experience performing service repairs.) preferred
- Strong degree of product and technical knowledge.
- Ability to utilize and learn new technology, Computer literate – internet, diagnostic programs/computers, etc.
- Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
- knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
