Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gold and Diamond Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury jewelry team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, assist customers in selecting high-quality jewelry pieces, and create an engaging shopping experience. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for fine jewelry. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail or technology sales are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse clientele.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting gold and diamond jewelry.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and craftsmanship of jewelry pieces.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, explaining specifications, and guiding purchase decisions.
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and receipts.
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays that showcase jewelry collections.
- Perform basic inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of display cases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, current trends, and promotional campaigns to effectively engage customers.
- Follow phone etiquette protocols when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or clothing.
- Strong communication skills in Punjabi and English.
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical details when necessary.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
- Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and organizational skills.
