Joanna and I are looking for the right person to join our growing real estate team.
We often joke that we're Batman and we're looking for our Robin, but what we're really looking for is someone who thrives on organization, takes initiative, solves problems, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to a high level of client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update our CRM
- Maintain client and transaction records
- Coordinate appointments, inspections, showings, and meetings
- Assist with listing and transaction administration
- Support client communication and follow-up
- Manage deadlines, checklists, and task completion
- Assist with marketing, social media, and client events
- Help improve systems, processes, and workflows
- General administrative support for the team
The Right Person Will Be
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Experience
Real estate experience is an asset but not required.
Experience with administration, customer service, CRM systems, marketing, project coordination, or transaction management would be considered beneficial.
