Valet Parking Attendant to join our hospitality team in Toronto.

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be one of the first people our guests meet. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming first impression by greeting guests warmly, assisting with parking services, and ensuring vehicles are handled safely and professionally.

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist guests with luggage when needed and provide directions or general resort information
- Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking tickets
- Inspect vehicles for any existing damage before parking and report concerns when necessary
- Ensure valet areas remain clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety standards and parking procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service and professionally resolve minor guest concerns
- Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Previous valet, parking, hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
