About the Opportunity
We are hiring an Executive Assistant. This role is intentionally focused and does not include receptionist or broad administrative duties. The Executive Assistant will anticipate needs, manage priorities, and support leadership through high-volume seasons and daily operational demands.
This position requires someone comfortable working extended hours during Spring and maintaining fixed in-office hours with remote responsiveness after hours. The environment is fast-paced, high-trust, and dynamic.
Key Responsibilities
Bring structure, clarity, and steadiness to the role. You are a strong communicator with excellent judgment who can filter information and stay ahead of the GM's needs. You understand how to protect time, manage priorities, and ensure preparedness.

Manage leadership's calendar, commitments, communications, and priorities.

Ensure leadership is prepared for meetings, travel, deadlines, and seasonal demands.

Anticipate needs before they are expressed.

Filter, prioritize, and escalate information appropriately.

Draft and refine written communications.

Track action items, follow-ups, and strategic priorities.

Maintain systems that ensure an organized, predictable workflow.

Operate with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Note: All receptionist duties are intentionally excluded from this position.
