Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Moving Supervisor to oversee and coordinate office relocation projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth transitions for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, office moving, supervising crews, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and efficient operations. The Office Moving Supervisor will play a key role in managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all aspects of the move are executed seamlessly.
Duties
- Lead and supervise moving crews to ensure timely and efficient execution of office relocations
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates throughout the moving process
- Manage all operations to stay within allocated resources
- Negotiate with vendors and clients to resolve issues and optimize service delivery
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of each project, including timelines, inventories, and client feedback
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
- Ability to move, dismantle and reassemble office furniture.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
