Job Responsibilities:
As an Iron Bodyfit Coach, you will:
- Deliver top-quality EMS coaching to members, ensuring a positive and results-driven experience.
- Conduct easy and natural sales presentations both over the phone and in-person to convert leads into memberships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction.
- Manage the studio’s schedule to ensure smooth operations and availability for clients.
- Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, and ready to provide a welcoming environment for clients.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the studio by meeting Sales targets and membership renewals, while helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- People-oriented team player with strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Experience in fitness coaching, personal training, or group fitness is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable presenting over the phone and in-person to promote our services and membership packages – sales training will be provided.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets, multitask, and solve problems efficiently and with a positive client-centric attitude.
- Proficient with computers and social media, and able to use technology to engage clients and manage studio operations.
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism (punctuality, time management).

Requirements:
- Must be 18 or over and legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be fluent in English. A second language is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in group fitness or wellness coaching is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends as needed.
