Key Responsibilities
- Manage roofing and exterior projects from award through completion.
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and schedules. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, builders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, productivity, and profitability.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures. Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and change orders.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
- Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedules or budgets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience.
- Roofing, waterproofing, exteriors, or building envelope experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and construction documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
