Hair Way Cosmetics is seeking an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative to develop new wholesale accounts. This is not a retail sales position.
Hair Way Cosmetics is the official Canadian distributor of leading Brazilian beauty brands, including Skala Brasil and Super Bonita. As we continue to grow across Canada, we're looking for a motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help expand our retail presence and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing business relationships, and being rewarded for growing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons, beauty supply stores, grocery retailers, pharmacies, and independent retailers to introduce Hair Way Cosmetics' product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present products, promotions, and new launches to prospective clients.
- Generate new retail accounts and grow existing accounts.
- Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and follow-up meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to the company's growth.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with the Hair Way team to support new product launches and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales, business development.
- Experience prospecting and acquiring new business accounts.
- Experience selling to retail businesses, distributors, or commercial clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in the beauty industry is an asset but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
