As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and service department. You will help customers understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while ensuring every service experience is professional, transparent, and enjoyable.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and professionally assess their vehicle service needs.
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repair requirements clearly and confidently.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair options to customers.
- Build value by recommending additional services that support vehicle safety, reliability, and performance.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop strong customer relationships that promote trust, retention, and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Sales and upselling experience is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
