Commission‑Based Proposal & Grant Writer (Construction + Indigenous Projects)
We are an Indigenous‑owned construction and site‑services company based in the Fraser Valley, working across BC. We’re looking for a commission‑based Proposal Writer who can help us secure new opportunities, prepare professional submissions, and support our growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Write proposals, bids, capability statements, and business plans
- Prepare grant applications for Indigenous economic development, training, and business expansion
- Build strong, clear documents that reflect our company’s strengths
- Work with leadership to understand project details and funding goals
- Help position our Indigenous group of companies for major opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience writing construction proposals or grant applications
- Strong understanding of business development and funding programs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indigenous procurement is an asset
- Someone who wants to grow with us long‑term
Compensation:
This role is commission‑based with competitive success‑fee structure. High‑earning potential for the right person.
