Circle of Care and Wellness is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic. This position will begin as a part-time opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the clinic continues to grow.

Position Details
Job Type: Part-Time
- Expected Hours: 6–18 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the clinic grows
- Compensation: $40–$50 per hour
- Schedule: Day and/or evening shifts, including Saturdays
- Work Location: In-person
- Initial Schedule: Approximately two days per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and establish treatment goals
- Develop and implement individualized, client-centred treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation and SOAP notes in accordance with College standards, including same-day documentation requirements
- Provide physiotherapy treatment interventions in collaboration with Physiotherapist Assistants
- Monitor client progress through ongoing reassessment and evaluation
- Maintain professional and positive communication with clients, families, and team members
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary care environment
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Current professional liability/malpractice insurance
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional healthcare team
- Experience working with MVA, WSIB, and newcomer/new immigrant clients is considered an asset
- Knowledge of MVA and WSIB documentation and procedures is an asset, but not required
