The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative who lives for the chase. You'll be on the phones, in the inbox, and in front of strangers all day — opening doors, starting conversations, and building pipeline from scratch. High volume, high energy, high ownership. You'll be one of the people driving our growth, and you'll have a real seat at the table as we develop and launch new products built on the latest AI tech stack.
What you'll do
- Run a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and outreach every day
- Strike up conversations with cold prospects and turn them into qualified opportunities
- Test new pitches, channels, and offers — then double down on what works
- Work hands-on with our AI-powered tools and help shape new products as we build them
- Own your numbers and treat your pipeline like your own business
What we're looking for
- A natural talker who's comfortable speaking with anyone, anywhere
- Thick skin and a short memory — rejection doesn't slow you down
- A bias toward action and a willingness to take smart risks
- Hungry to learn, adapt, and grow fast in an unstructured environment
- Curiosity about AI and new tech (experience is a plus, drive is a must)
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000–$50,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
