About the Role
We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader or an individual with a relevant landscaping/horticulture experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the landscaping industry.
This position offers year-round employment, including participation in winter maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging)
- Garden bed installation and maintenance
- Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Mulch, soil, and sod installation
- Property cleanups (spring and fall)
- Assisting with hardscape projects (interlock, grading, etc.)
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Winter duties including snow removal and site maintenance
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
Requirements
- Valid full G driver’s licence (required)
- Experience towing and maneuvering trailers (required)
- Hands-on experience operating landscaping equipment (including zero-turn mowers)
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and minor repairs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team including training and overseeing other crew members OR working independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50-$23.50 per hour
