About the Opportunity:
A well-established Canadian engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering initiatives while contributing to business growth, client development, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage municipal infrastructure planning, design, and construction projects.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, proposals, and technical reports.
Support business development and client relationship management.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to multidisciplinary project teams.
Coordinate contract administration, cost estimating, and regulatory approvals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's and master's degree in civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
Minimum 5 years of consulting engineering and project management experience.
Strong proficiency with Civil 3D and municipal infrastructure design.
Technical Expertise:
Roads, water distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater infrastructure.
Stormwater management planning and detailed design.
Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.
Ontario municipal, provincial, and regulatory approval processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Collingwood, ON L9Y 5B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience:
- consulting engineering and project management : 5 years (required)
- Civil 3D and municipal infrastructure : 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
