Bar Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee a downtown bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management and serving. The prospective person possess excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of the bar.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including reconciling daily sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the <Hospitality> industry, particularly in a bar management role.
- Proficiency in <Bartending> techniques and knowledge of beverage trends.
- Strong understanding of <Food safety> protocols and regulations.
- Excellent <Time management> skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking, cash handling, and financial reporting.
