Job summary
The Clubhouse Program Coordinator – Psychosocial Rehabilitation is responsible for creating and leading a vibrant, recovery-oriented clubhouse where adults living with mental health challenges, acquired brain injury, and other psychosocial barriers experience belonging, purpose, meaningful relationships, and opportunities for personal growth.
Grounded in the principles of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) and the International Clubhouse Model, the Coordinator creates an environment where members are welcomed as valued contributors rather than recipients of service.
