Summary
We are seeking a dedicated general laborer to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide safe and effective hazardous material abatement services. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining our safety standards and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of work sites ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Support skilled technicians during asbestos, mould, or hazardous material removal projects.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times.
- Help with the transportation of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, industrial cleaning, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to follow safety instructions diligently.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials handling is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
