About the Role
We are looking for a Cabinet Maker & Assembler to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with woodworking skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform raw materials into high-quality, custom cabinetry. You will be involved in building, assembling, and finishing cabinets and millwork from start to completion.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and machine wood/MDF panels using saws, CNCs, and other woodworking equipment.
- Assemble cabinets, drawers, and hardware with precision and accuracy.
- Edge-band, drill, and prepare components for finishing and installation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, durability, and a professional finish.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of high quality cabinetry making and woodworking
- Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork assembly is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
- Skilled with woodworking tools, machines, and assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling cabinet components.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
