This is a hands-on content creation role focused on video, storytelling, photography, and brand building.

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Content Creator & Videographer to help showcase our projects and tell our story through high-quality video, photography, and digital content.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, has a strong eye for design and storytelling, and enjoys filming homes, construction projects, and team members. You'll play a key role in growing our brand presence through engaging visual content across social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
What You'll Be DoingContent Creation (Primary Focus)
- Film luxury homes and completed projects
- Film construction progress updates
- Create Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Capture drone footage (an asset)
- Photograph homes, job sites, and team members
- Film employee interviews and educational content
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage
Editing & Production
- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Create engaging hooks and storytelling sequences
- Add captions, graphics, music, and transitions
- Organize content libraries
Branding & Marketing
- Help grow Urban Ridge Homes' social media presence
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns
- Assist with brochures, marketing materials, and Canva graphics
- Help maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and content creation
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content
- Monitor performance and engagement
- Assist with content planning and monthly calendars
Required Skills
- Strong video Shooting & Editing experience
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Canva proficiency
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
