About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Photo & Video Content Editor to help support our growing client workload.
This role primarily focuses on editing social media content for our clients, including short-form videos, photography, and simple graphic design elements used across social media platforms.
You will work with a mix of: Social media reels and short-form videos Client photography Canva graphics and thumbnails Promotional content for local businesses
This position can also be ideal for a student, recent graduate, or someone looking to continue growing their skills in photo, video, and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form social media videos in Adobe Premiere Pro Edit and organize photos in Lightroom Create simple graphics and thumbnails using Canva Add captions, music, sound effects, and motion elements Perform basic color correction and color grading Follow established editing processes and brand guidelines Organize project files and maintain editing workflows Communicate effectively regarding revisions and project status Meet project deadlines consistently
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro Experience with Lightroom Basic Canva experience Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media content Strong attention to detail Reliable communication and time management Access to your own computer and software Ability to work independently while following established systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with C-Log workflows and color grading Photography or videography experience Experience creating content for businesses and social media Interest in eventually assisting on shoots
