Overview
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Engagement Coordinator works collaboratively with the development, construction and communications teams to support market research, community outreach and the execution of engagement campaigns for upcoming real estate projects. All functions and responsibilities are performed in alignment with Aryze's values and beliefs.
This role supports cross-functional collaboration across the organization, contributing to project coordination and community initiatives through strong organizational skills, clear communication and attention to detail. A general understanding of local municipal processes and real estate development is an asset. This role is generally office-based, Monday–Friday, with evening and weekend availability required during active campaigns.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the coordination of multiple concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines, helping to ensure engagement initiatives are tracked, prioritized and completed on schedule using project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Technical Writing & Case Making: Help translate complex development concepts into clear, accessible materials—such as case studies, reports and backgrounders—tailored to planning staff and community stakeholders.
Community Outreach: Execute targeted engagement campaigns, including coordinating door-to-door outreach, delivering neighbour notifications and managing timely, accurate responses through the Aryze community email inbox.
Cross-Functional Support: Support collaboration between internal technical teams and external partners, helping to facilitate clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Campaign & CRM Administration: Assist with the setup, monitoring and maintenance of engagement activities within Aryze's CRM system, while supporting the production of engagement materials.
Event Support: Assist in the execution of public engagement sessions, community meetings and site visits, ensuring logistical and administrative preparations are in place.
Skills
Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities.
Written Communication: Clear, accurate writing for community-facing materials, reports and correspondence, with strong attention to proofreading and detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and build rapport across internal teams and with diverse community stakeholders.
Digital Proficiency: Comfortable working with project management software and CRM systems; high attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Industry Awareness: A general understanding of municipal processes, the local real estate market and property development is an asset.

Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of related experience in community outreach, communications, project coordination or a similar role
Education: Degree, diploma or certificate in a related field, such as communications, community liaison, project management, business administration
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 - $76,000
$60,000 (minimum) to $68,000 (midpoint) to $76,000 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will be determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive benefit program, which will be offered after a probation period.
