Responsibilities
- Repairs and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Assisting with parts inventory and ordering
- Helping keep equipment organized and operational
- Occasional flexibility to assist with emergency repairs during snow events
ScheduleSummer
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Typically 8-hour days
- Flexible scheduling and additional hours available during busy periods as needed
Winter
- Monday–Friday daytime hours
- Typically 8-hour days
- Flexibility may occasionally be required to assist with emergency repairs during snow events
- We work with our team to help maintain a healthy work/life balance during the winter season
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working on trucks, equipment, trailers, small engines, or heavy equipment is strongly preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Welding/fabrication experience is an asset
- Licensed 310S or 310T mechanics are preferred, but not required
- We are open to someone with practical hands-on experience who is motivated to learn and grow within the role
- Apprentices or mechanically inclined candidates looking to build a long-term career are encouraged to apply
