About the Role
The Guest Service Agent/ Bell Person facilitates premium experience by managing pool deck
operations and guest logistics. This role serves as a vital link between the Front Office and the
resort pool areas, ensuring a safe and secure environment while providing efficient bell and
linen services.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a hotel ambassador coming forward and offering Guest Service.
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner.
- Assist with inquiries regarding pool hours or hotel services/amenities, booking dining
reservations, etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact at the pool entrance. Verify guest credentials (room
keys/vouchers) to ensure the pool facilities remain exclusive to hotel guests.
- Maintain a vigilant presence to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Manage the distribution of fresh, high-quality towels and robes to guests in need as they
enter the pool area.
- Proactively collect used towels and transport them to the laundry facility.
- Coordinate the transport of clean linens from laundry back to the pool area, ensuring the
towel stations are always fully stocked.
- Perform Bell Service as needed: collecting bell carts, delivering guest items to rooms as
required, assisting with guest baggage (storing and transporting) as required.
- Some stress resulting from the need to manage within time constraints of daily guest
interactions (internal and external), budgetary, and time constraints.
- Performs all other job-related duties assigned by management.
