Overview
The Accounting department of Partners in Credit Inc. has an immediate full-time opening for a permanent Payment Processing Clerk. This position will work out of the Head Office location in Thornhill. The accounting department is a high-volume, fast paced department responsible for all incoming payments at the agency.
Duties
- Processing payments made to Agency and ensure all required information has been correctly obtained and entered
- Processing payments made to Clients and ensure all required information has been correctly obtained and entered
- Depositing cheque payments
- Assist in Reception Coverage
- Data Entry
- Other related duties as assigned
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Aptitude with computer software programs utilized by the company
- Excellent administrative skills
- Good oral and written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-motivate

- Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma.
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Must be able to work in office
