We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests expect.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll own your section with confidence — running a clean, organised line, producing consistent and high-quality food, and supporting the wider kitchen team during service. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to uphold our recipes, presentation standards, and food safety practices.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute dishes to Chairman's Steakhouse standard, every cover
- Assist with mise en place, prep lists, and section organisation
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and FIFO are maintained at all times
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff when required
- Communicate effectively with the broader kitchen team during service
- Contribute ideas to specials, seasonal menus, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to work a section independently under pressure
- A high attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Current Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player
- A passion for quality produce and great food
