Eagleview Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Site Supervisor to support our expanding multi-residential construction division.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction leadership while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll work directly alongside our Site Supervisors and Project Management team to help keep projects organized, moving forward, and built to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Supporting daily site operations and coordination
- Assisting with scheduling trades, deliveries, and site logistics
- Helping to maintain project schedules and site organization
- Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks
- Support site safety and cleanliness standards
- Complete daily reporting, progress tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate deficiencies and trade follow-ups
- Assist with general labour, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed
- Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and inspectors
What We’re Looking For :
- Previous residential or multi-residential construction experience
- Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the OBC
- Basic carpentry and framing knowledge
- Strong work ethic and willingness to stay hands-on
- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Experience using Buildertrend (or other Construction Management Software’s)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites both within and outside of Waterloo Region as required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
