Sales/Stock Support – Luxury Retail Yorkdale Mall
CQ Search Group is looking for a temporary Sales/Stock Support Associate for their Yorkdale boutique in Toronto! They need someone for weekend support starting Saturday 5/23 and continuing for 4 weeks with potential to extend. This person will be supporting both BOH & FOH duties
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of luxury retail experience with strong client service and professionalism. They should be comfortable with supporting sales (greeting, wrapping, POS support), BOH capable (receiving shipment stockroom organization), fast learner, detail-oriented and adaptable with open availability to work. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and will be on their feet for the duration of their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Backroom support assisting with maintenance, cleaning up, picking stock from the backroom, removing the packaging if necessary
- Welcoming clients and supporting the salesfloor with coverage as needed
- Support Client Advisors with their appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom)
- Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisor
- Offering beverages (coffee, water, etc.)
- Prepping merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging)
- Supporting with operations/BOH tasks (organizing merchandise in stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipment, etc.)
Location: , Yorkdale Mall
Schedule: Saturday 8hrs and Sunday 6hrs, total of 14 hours. Shifts would range, ideally Saturday from 9am-10pm, Sunday 10am-7:30pm
Duration: Starting this weekend 5/23 and continuing for 4 weeks with potential to extend
Attire: All black professional. Black sweater with black/blue denim (no rips) with black dress shoes/boots. No facial piercings, but visible tattoos are acceptable as long as it's not offensive. Makeup and nails in neutral tones (no extremely long nails or embellishments). Neatly groomed facial hair if any. Understated jewelry.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
