As a vital member of our Engineering Team, the Manufacturing Engineer is the key point of contact for product development and is responsible for building on our established reputation of innovation, precision, and quality.
Job Duties
- Design and development of new products to meet innovation targets
- Establish and maintain consistent project timelines and R&D schedules
- Provide technical expertise and documentation for products as requested
- Keep aware of market developments and identify new technological opportunities
- Expedite the resolution of technical hurdles and design challenges
- Maintain up-to-date technical drawings and project records
Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanical/product engineering with experience in successfully leading R&D projects from concept to completion
- Practical hands-on engineering experience
- Ability to determine technical solutions through a consultative and practical approach
- Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong desire to create innovative products
- Proficiency in CAD software and R&D prototyping tools
- Knowledge of various CNC machines and associated software
- Problem solver
- Position is based in Stonewall, MB.
