Summary
The Medium Duty Mechanic position at Rogers Rent-All Ltd. is vital in maintaining and repairing our extensive fleet of construction and industrial equipment. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium-duty construction and industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate service records for all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mechanic with a focus on medium-duty or heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with dealership repair or servicing similar machinery.
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.
- Excellent customer service skills are a plus.
- Able to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
