We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. If you are a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, organization, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on active residential construction sites.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct site inspections and identify deficiencies.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and trades.
- Maintain accurate daily site reports and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently while minimizing project delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising residential construction projects.
- Experience with custom home construction is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and the Ontario Building Code.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid G Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working at multiple project sites throughout Muskoka and surrounding areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Working at Heights Certification.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling software and project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple custom home projects.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime as required
Work Location
Projects are located throughout Muskoka and surrounding areas. Travel between job sites is required.
